It is the 3rd round of the South African National ENGEN Supa Karts series this weekend at iDube raceway in Pietermaritzburg. My stomach is twisted as I have mixed feelings of excitement, nervousness and the roller coaster feeling I spoke about in one of my previous blogs.
As I said this track is like a roller coaster… Massive up hills and then extremely steep down slopes! A lot of drivers enjoy the thrill of this track. It is like no other… I always say, “stay on the black stuff.” One step off the track and your off into the tyres… grrr 
its still esciting though!
My engineers worked long nights on the development of the engine, which I am really grateful for.
I am looking forward to the race this weekend. I will run in the engine tomorrow on the iDube track and friday is open practice. The race is saturday…
